Capital One UK - Nottingham, England

PowerHouse developed and delivered a customized workshop for top-tier Call Center management to establish initiatives around improving services and generating revenue. The goal was to provide training support for effectively launching Center and individual performance initiatives.

 Internal Revenue Service (IRS) - Philadelphia, PA

To comply with Congressional and Executive branch mandates to improve Customer Service, the IRS embarked on an aggressive training program. PowerHouse was asked to develop and deliver training in two areas - Customer Service Management and Customer Service Telephone Monitoring.

WGBH - Boston, MA*

WGBH is Boston's PBS affiliate with three public radio stations and three public television stations. PowerHouse, led by Kathleen Peterson, designed, developed, and delivered a communication course focused around improving customer relationships enterprise wide. Kathleen worked with Audience and Member Services to improve call control and revenue generation skills related to memberships.
