PowerHouse analyzed all voice and data services and contracts, the telecommunications architecture, and the overall telephone system functions and management within the bank. The engagement resulted in a management blueprint for efficient system utilization and technology decisions to support immediate and anticipated business requirements.

Vermont Teddy Bear Company - Burlington, VT

The Vermont Teddy Bear Company planned an expansion of its Fulfillment Center facility and required expert assistance to develop Contact Center technology requirements for the expansion. WorldCom - Sacramento, CA
