From the South - Via Route 93:

		Take 93N until you reach left-hand exit to 293/Manchester.
		Stay on 293 and follow signs for Route 101 W to Bedford.

From the South - Via Route 3 (Everett Turnpike):
 

		Take Route 3 from MA or NH (Route 3 becomes the Everett Turnpike in NH) and keep driving until you pass Exit 12 and see the signs for the 75 cents tollbooth.
		Go through the tollbooth. You will soon see signs for Route 101 W to Bedford.

  
From the North - Via Routes 93S or 293S:
   

		Follow signs for 101-W to Bedford (Do not exit to the toll road Everett Turnpike).

From the Manchester Airport
 

		Leaving the Airport, follow signs for WEST 101/293.
		Turn right at the first light onto Brown Ave.
		At the first (and only) overpass, turn left to get on 101 W.
		When the road forks, stay left for 101 W - Bedford.
		At the traffic light take left, continuing on 101 W.

Now that you are on 101W....
		Follow the signs to Bedford - At the intersection of Route 101 and Rt. 114, take a left at the lights to stay on  Rt. 101 W.
		Follow Route 101 W about 3.5 miles. You will go through 3 lights.   You will pass Bedford Fields (Hardware) on your right hand side. You will also see a blinking yellow light. Once you see that, look closely to the left for the sign to Pine Tree Place, a set of yellow colonial-type office buildings. (If you reach the Weathervane Restaurant on your right, you have gone too far.)
		Take a left into Pine Tree Place Take a left and park at the first parking lot. We're located at #6.
